The short sales are in every neighborhood, every price point, hitting every buyer’s ‘wish list.’ There are new short sale lists released daily by local title companies and any Realtor(R) can get a list as well(although I personally recommend using ONLY the Conklin Team, Boise’s Best Realtors :)).
